iTunes Plus
Just about a week ago, Apple released iTunes 7.2 which included iTunes Plus, an option to buy music without DRM and at a higher quality. It will cost $.30 more per song, but if you only buy albums like me, you’ll be paying the same price. I just discovered something interesting today, that I’d overlooked before: Tooth and Nail is a part of EMI, meaning albums from bands like Mewithoutyou, Far-Less, Showbread, The Chariot, and He Is Legend are all going to be DRM free on iTunes. If you’d like find out more labels under EMI, you can find a list on Wikipedia
