The Duel Begins

I got back from San Francisco at about 10:00AM today. I took the red eye in, so I’m slightly exhausted, but I’ve got a Red Bull in hand, so I think I’ll be good for a few more hours.

This weekend was great, the Hip-Hop Chess event was great, got to meet some cool people (you’ll see them on flickr soon), and got to discuss what’s coming next for Gleamd. I am actually really excited to talk about what happens, so keep an eye out for word on that.

But anyway, today is the beginning of the first of the Designer Duels. I’ve been looking forward to doing this since I first mentioned the idea, and now I’m kicking it off with my first piece. I’ve sent the PSD to Brent, so we’ll see his take on it soon, but until then, here’s phase 1.
