It seems about time for another Tumblr theme. I wanted to put a little more time into this one than the last one, so I’ve set up a live demo to tinker with a bit before releasing it. Head on over and take a look, and if you like it, you know the drill. Download the text file, copy it, go to Advanced > Theme in your Tumblr Dashboard, then paste it into Custom HTML. And here are a few screenshots of the layout if you haven’t clicked on the live demo already. As you could probably tell from the title, it’s a Swiss style theme.
Hello!
I just wanted to let you know that I loved the theme, and have put it to use for my own little Tumblr.
I did make one change: I chose not to use the grey padding behind photos – I personally preferred them floating on the plain white.
Thank you!
Hi, I loved your theme. But one thing that really bothered me was that you did not allow users to change colors and do their own customization without editing the CSS. SO I edited the theme a bit to allow users to customize your theme. If you want to distribute the version that allows customization or just want to have a look you can find the text file here
@Mirza I’ve used the custom colors in themes before but I thought this one worked pretty well as is. That’s great that you added that in though, thanks.
For creating screenshots you could use this: http://browsershots.org/ Anyway, I like you’re site.
Loving the theme, been using it for a while now. And the colours look just fine. Now, please consider I’m quite a basic Tumblr user not knowing much about CSS as I’m posing you this question: would you have a pre-written code to insert a well-fit sidebar to the theme? Just to put a couple of links. That would be appreciated, thanks.
